There was a thirsty fox looking for water to drink. Once he found a well, he rushed to it and fell into the deep well. He could not find the way to get out. Soon, a goat came by. “What are you doing in there?” asked the goat. “It’s the wonderful tasting water I’ve ever had. You must come down here and try.” replied the fox with a plan.The goat believed and was interested in what the fox said, so he jumped down into the well. When the goat was in there, the fox suddenly climbed on to the goat’s head and got out of the well. “Ha Ha Ha foolish goat, find the way out by yourself.” said the fox.

Moral of the story :  Never trust the advice of a man in difficulties.

The Wolf and The Sheep

The Wolf and The Sheep

There was a flock of sheep living peacefully for a long time as they had a sheepdog guarded them all. One day, the wolves planned to eat the sheep. Thus they made up their mind to sent ambassador to negotiate with the flock of sheep.  “I think you and me can be friends. What’s about if I send one of us to protect your safety, and you send your sheepdog to us?” Said the wolf. The sheep fell for a trick, so they send the sheepdog to the wolves. “Haha, Dumb sheep! Do you really think that we want to be your friends? You are going to be our food.”said the wolf.  End of his words, all the wolves ate up the sheep.

Moral of the story : Bad people never be a good friend.

The Dog and The Shadow

The Dog and The Shadow

There was a dog running cross the bridge with a piece of meat in his mouth. While he was on the bridge, he looked down and saw another dog with larger piece of meat. He immediately let go of his own, and fiercely barked and attacked another dog to get that larger piece. But as he opened his mouth, his own meat was dropped into the water. So he lost both, but it was too late for him to realize that what he saw was his own shadow reflected in the water.

Moral of the story : Beware lest you lose the substance by grasping at the shadow.

The Tailless Fox

The Tailless Fox

A fox was caught in a hunter trap and lose his tail. He was ashamed that he now became a tailless fox. So when he met his friends, he convinced all the other foxes to chop off their tails.“Our tails are heavy to carry around and make us run so slow. Look! How fast I can run now?” said the fox. “Let’s cut your tails like me” said the fox. Then there was an old fax said “You lied to everyone, didn’t you? I know you were ashamed that you lose your tall, and you wanted us to be like you.” Once the other foxes heard that, none ot them believed in what the fox said.

Moral of the story : Distrust interested advice.

Improve

Improve

     We have sacrificed many things in order to pursue Perfections and to perform good deeds. So keep your tolerance, and be patient with the naysayers.

    Always strive to improve yourself. Examine yourself and make improvements where you see flaws. The self improvements you make in this lifetime will benefit you in your future lifetimes. If you cannot correct your shortcomings in this lifetime, you will have to keep correcting them again in future lifetimes.

     Putting improvements off to the next life is not the right attitude. Change for the better now.

One Drop at a Time Fills up a Jar

Together, each tiny drop of water can fill up a jar.

Likewise, each act of good deed will fill up your "jar" of virtue.

But with no good deed done at all, your "jar" of virtue is empty.

Never be lazy or preoccupied with what others are doing.

In the end, your fate will be determined by no one else but yourself.

So fight as hard as you can. The more merit you make, the more you gain;

and the less you make, the less you receive.

Take every new day as a new opportunity to make merit.

The Fox and The Cock

A fox saw a cock he planned to end him. “I wonder if your crowing is as beautiful as the others?” said the fox. After the cock heard the fox, he shut his eyes and began to crow for the fox. Suddenly, the fox jumped to the cock, held his neck and ran away really fast. When the farmer saw the fox took the cock, he cried out for help. The cock played tricked to the fox. He said “Hey fox, tell them I’m yours, not the farmer, so that they will stop chasing you.” The fox believed in his trick and opened his mouth to shout as the cock said. Suddenly, the cock was free from his mouth and flew away.

Moral of the story : Think carefully before act.
